The Dell i5378 might not be the most powerful system at this particular price point but what makes it special is its portability, build quality and its ability to be a good student laptop as it has 2in1 capabilities. An upgrade in RAM will be needed as 4 GB will slow you down a bit
The swift 3 is a small light weight laptop that has lots of power especially if you upgrade the RAm by adding a cheap RAM in the extra slot The i5, 8 GB 256 SSD version refurb is also at a similar price point Powerful Refurb
Having a 2 in 1 feature is good for students as it takes portability and note taking to a different level. This laptop can easily multitask as the specs are sufficient to handle light tasks easily. Low specs gaming is also an option for this system
